1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 899bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 899bat.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotional offers, and customer support services.

By accessing the 899bat website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 899bat platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 899bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. 899bat strictly enforces an 18+ age policy across all products and services.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, bot accounts, and automated registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 899bat account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated, and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Deliberately providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds that belong to, any third party. All betting activity must be conducted for personal entertainment only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a current employee or contractor of 899bat, where such participation could present a conflict of interest.

899bat reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 899bat may be temporarily restricted or permanently closed.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 899bat account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party for any reason. 899bat will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify the 899bat support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 899bat will investigate all credible reports of unauthorised access and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporary account suspension while the investigation is ongoing.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as you have notified 899bat of a suspected breach.
• You must keep your registered email address current and accessible. Important account communications, including verification requests, withdrawal confirmations, and Terms update notices, are sent to your registered email address.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members or friends.
• You must not transfer funds between 899bat player accounts, or accept transfers from other players.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

899bat accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected domestic bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

All deposits are credited to your 899bat wallet in BDT at par value, with no currency conversion applied. Standard deposit transactions are processed instantly. In rare cases, processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers may extend this timeframe; 899bat is not liable for delays caused by payment intermediaries.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be declined and the funds returned to the source account where technically possible.
• 899bat does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Any deposit reasonably suspected to constitute money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.
• 899bat does not currently accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international wire transfers as deposit methods.
• Deposit funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is authorised.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 899bat does not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the account withdrawal section.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–6 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Peak periods or additional verification requirements may extend processing times.
• Before a withdrawal can be authorised, the player must have completed identity verification. Players who have not completed verification will be prompted to do so upon submitting their first withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus-linked funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied.
• 899bat does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Fees levied by third-party payment processors are outside 899bat's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• 899bat reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending completion of anti-money-laundering (AML) checks or identity verification procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

899bat offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms, eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts associated with each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

• Bonus offers are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting offer terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent, or coordinating bonus claims with other players, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 899bat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable advance notice to affected players.
• Where a player is found to have claimed a bonus in bad faith, 899bat reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion terms explicitly state that combination is permitted.
• Free spin winnings are typically capped at a maximum withdrawal value as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 899bat are governed by the sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the Betting Rules section of the platform, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for betting-related matters.

• Bets are accepted in BDT at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
• 899bat reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a pricing error is identified, where the integrity of an event is in doubt, or where abnormal betting patterns are detected.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or declared void will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules, generally resulting in a return of the stake to the player's account.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market availability. 899bat is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet and per market are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account status.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by the Cricket Betting Rules available on the platform.

8 Casino Games

The 899bat casino section includes live dealer games, slot games, and other virtual casino products supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. 899bat does not control the internal mechanics of third-party game software.

• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or profiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to the support team immediately.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform to move funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that belong to third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments

899bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the 899bat website. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via email at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance prior to the effective date of the amendments by contacting the support team.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 899bat platform, you are encouraged to contact the 899bat support team in the first instance. 899bat is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
